If an consumer initiates an arbitration with the Pretorian and looses, the Pretorian gives the consumer a lower reputation in order to mitigate the risk of abuse. On the other hand, if the Pretorian finds the agent in the wrong, the agents receives a lower reputation on top of the stake being potentially slashed.
